I have been in retail for about 11 years, supporting myself through college, working in various retail stores as a stylist, fashion expert, or assistant manager. I noticed that there were not many options for me, a proud size 14+. Shopping became an art- learning how to sniff out the latest designers that “got it.”
I dedicated my MBA to research what was available and who was available in the Plus Size industry to hear OUR plea.

Thus, The Curvy Fashionista was born. I set out to share with all the Curvy.Confident.Chic. Fashionistas that we CAN don the latest and greatest of trends, fashions and styles that are made with US in mind!
